Teen Treatments at The Empowered You
The industry for teenage treatments is certainly a growing one following images, results and the latest trends on social media.
Although treatments for the under 18’s is not only about vanity but improving wellbeing and self esteem as they transition through one of the toughest periods of their lives.
Treatments will be offered to teenagers at therapist's discretion and not carried out if there are any apparent reasons not to.
Teen treatments will only be offered with written consent from a parent or guardian.Under 16’s will require a parent or guardian to be present in the room during their treatment.
Prescriptive Facial Treatments
A perfect time to start maintaining your skin health is in your teens. With huge hormonal shifts producing skin changes this can be quite a difficult time for teenagers, girls and boys. Learning a healthy skincare routine at this age will set your teen up for life.
Teen Skin Treatment (30 Mins) £24
A tailored treatment, utilising Dermalogica professional skincare aimed specifically at teen skin. Combating acne, flakey, congested and inflamed skin. This skin treatment will reduce redness and work towards gaining the clear and healthy skin.Teen Skin Lesson & Treatment (60 Mins) £36
This three-part treatment starts with a skin lesson to full explain why teens get spots and what steps can be taken for instant visible results your skin. Followed by a treatment consisting of a cleanse, exfoliation and prescriptive mask. Electrotherapy will be included if required. Using Tropic nourishing products. Includes hand soak, file, cuticle tidy, hand & forearm massage and nail nourishment oil. Client can bring their own nail varnish and I will apply it for them.
Tropic Pedicure (45 mins) £25.00
Super smoothing and moisturising for the feet. Includes luxury foot soak, file, cuticle tidy, foot massage and nail nourishment oil. Client can bring their own nail varnish and I will apply it for them. (Please bring flip flops!)
Waxing
Using gentle warm wax and aloe vera cooling gel. Hairs will need to be 1/4 inch long for best results. Recommended every 4-6 weeks
